C L A S S   D E S C R I P T I O N S :    

KHIROFIT (Kelly) – challenge your cardiovascular system while creating a powerful, lean body. This hands-on strength & conditioning Class incorporates Functional Exercises to create true core fitness.

TRX (Nas)-  a complete suspension training system.  It's the ultimate total body workout.  Leverage the body in several different ways to allow for the performance of hundreds of different exercises.   

CIRCUIT TRAINING (Jamie) – affordable alternative to individual personal training.  This group class will bring you the same results, combining multiple exercises in a continuous circuit program.  Great for all levels.  Modified exercises for individual needs. 

BOOTY BLAST (Karin) - This fun interval-style class is designed to burn calories quick.  Adjustable to all levels. Increase core strength while tone and firming the rest!
